Jamal Ahmed is the Senior Vice President of HR and Compliance for JXHcare, JXH Billing, and JXH Marketing, bringing over 18 years of diverse leadership experience across healthcare, IT, real estate, media, and aviation industries. His career has been built on a strong business foundation, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce from Andhra University, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in HR & International Business from IBAM, New Delhi.

Jamal’s career journey took him to Dubai, where he worked with leading real estate developer Nakheel and also gained valuable experience in the dynamic media and aviation sectors. These roles placed him at the heart of fast-paced, multicultural environments where he successfully navigated complex business landscapes and built strong, collaborative relationships with professionals from over 30 nationalities. This global exposure sharpened his ability to lead with cultural intelligence and foster inclusive, high-performing teams.

Further strengthening his HR specialization, Jamal earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Cambridge Institute, UK. Today, he leads HR strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development for JXH’s national operations. His broad, international business experience — coupled with his IT, people management, and cross-cultural communication expertise — positions him as a driving force behind JXH’s commitment to operational excellence and inclusive leadership.
